Every person with a learning disability experiences life different, so our support is never one-size-fits-all. We focus on understanding each individual's strengths, challenges, and goals to help them lead fulfilling lives.
All clients who receive care and support from Care Hub are automatically eligible for Care Connect, our Alarm service (if required). This also includes 24-hour nurse response and health checks.
Education tailored for each individual
Every person with a learning disability has their own way of learning and engaging with the world. That’s why our carers complete specialist training focused on communication methods, building skills, and promoting independence.
With nurse-led oversight, we’re also able to support additional medical needs that guarantee care is safe and comprehensive.

Each plan is tailored to meet the individual’s abilities and aspirations, ensuring care feels personal and achievable. From building daily living skills to encouraging community involvement, we’re here to make life less about limitations and more about opportunities.
With Care Hub, you will receive:
- Everyday support - Help with personal care, routines, and accessible communication.
- Life skills development - Guidance in cooking, budgeting, travel, and self-care for greater independence.
- Community engagement - Encouragement to participate in education, work placements, hobbies, and social activities.
