Care Hub was founded to change the way domiciliary care is delivered in Jersey. We saw the need for longer visits, meaningful relationships, and a genuinely personalised approach.

Our approach

Our approach is built on compassion, consistency, and innovation.

By assigning carers to a small caseload of regular clients, we build strong, trusting relationships. Longer home visits mean we’re able to take the time to listen and understand exactly what our clients need and expect from us.

Genuinely personalised care

We begin with a thorough assessment of each person’s health, routines, and preferences. Care plans are then co-designed with families and reviewed regularly, ensuring support evolves as needs change.

Smart technology

Through our partnership with Care College, staff receive structured training in areas such as dementia care, safe manual handling, medication management, and emergency response. This ongoing development keeps skills sharp and care safe.
