Autism affects how people communicate, process information, and interact with the world.

Our autism support team helps individuals manage sensory challenges, develop communication skills, and build independence through structured routines compassionate, personalised care.

Planned and personalised autism care

Each member of our autism team has undergone nationally recognised training, including programmes such as SPELL. This means our carers understand sensory sensitivities, communication differences, and how to create routines that bring comfort and stability.

No two people are the same and we will work with you and the wider professional team to provide personalised support that respects each person’s strengths and routines.

How our autism care works

Each care plan is designed around the unique needs and preferences of the individual. You and/or your family are included at every stage to make sure everyone understands and feels comfortable with the support we offer. Our priority is to create environments where each individual feels safe and understood while empowering them to build confidence day-to-day.

This includes:

  • Support with personal care, routines and communication
  • We work with families and professionals to manage sensory and behavioral challenges
  • Encouragement to participate in education, hobbies, and community life
