Complex Care

Living with complex health needs can feel overwhelming, whether it's managing a spinal injury, relying on respiratory support, or requiring round-the-clock medication.

Our highly trained complex care team brings hospital-level expertise into the home, so people can remain where they feel the most comfortable.

Understanding complex care

Complex care is designed for people living with ongoing health conditions that require specialist attention every day. Unlike standard home care, complex care involves advanced clinical knowledge and continuous oversight to keep individuals safe and comfortable.

Our nurses are trained to make swift decisions, coordinate with GPs, and use tools such as telecare alarms to keep every client safe, supported, and connected.

How we plan your care

We begin with a detailed clinical assessment to understand each person’s needs. From there, our nurses develop a tailored plan and coordinate with GPs, therapists, and specialists to ensure nothing is overlooked. Families are kept involved at every stage, so care feels transparent and collaborative.

Hear from our community

We will never forget this team and the level of complex care you were able to give our son. This level of care should be hospital based, even high dependency, but your nurses and care team did it safely at home. Thanking you simply isn't enough!
I get to live and do things I never thought possible.
